Bullpen / Rules

the listing rules

Two things Bullpen guarantees for every listing, exactly how each one works, and what a StonkFun coin is.

01

Anti-vamp

No vamps on Bullpen. Tickers and names lock for 3 days.

When a coin starts moving, vampires launch the same ticker seconds later to catch people who paste the wrong contract, and to drain attention from the original. On Bullpen a ticker is locked for 3 days after it launches, case-insensitive. The check runs inside one database transaction behind a lock, so two simultaneous launches can't both squeeze through.

A launch can also name the tweet that announces it, and that tweet is locked for 3 days too. If someone tries to launch “your” coin with your tweet, the form tells them when it unlocks. The coin's name locks for 3 days as well, ignoring case, spaces and symbols, so “Moon Cat” and “MoonCat” count as the same name. Tickers that only look alike (PEPE and P3PE) and images that are the same picture as a recent coin are allowed, but flagged on the coin page so buyers can tell. This covers launches on Bullpen only; nobody can stop a copy launching on stonkfun.xyz or any other site.

02

Anti-bundle

No block-zero bundles. Every launch is blind.

On most launchpads the creator sends the creation transaction and bundles a buy into the same block, often across a dozen fresh wallets, grabbing cheap supply before anyone else can see the coin. Then they sell into everyone who arrives later.

On Bullpen your wallet never touches the creation. It signs one plain SOL payment to our deployer, and nothing about the coin is in it. Once the payment lands, the server waits a random 3 to 15 seconds and the deployer creates the Raydium LaunchLab pool by itself, with a mint the dev has never seen. You learn the mint at the same moment as the rest of the chain.

So there is nothing to bundle against: no mint to pre-sign buys for, no creation transaction to wrap in a Jito bundle, no head start. If the creation ever fails, the whole payment goes back to your wallet automatically.

A dev could still race to buy right after launch from wallets they funded. So every coin gets a public bundle check: every wallet that bought in the first 20 slots is traced back to the wallets that sent it SOL, and any that link to the launcher or to each other are flagged on the coin page, with the share of supply they still hold.

Venue

Every listing is a real StonkFun coin.

Bullpen creates every pool on Raydium LaunchLab under StonkFun's own platform config, the same one stonkfun.xyz uses. So the coin shows up on stonkfun.xyz and trades there like any other StonkFun coin, paired with SOL, $STONK or a tokenized stock.

That also means StonkFun's fees apply: every trade on the curve pays StonkFun's 1% platform fee plus Raydium's 0.25%, wherever it is made. StonkFun shares part of its fee with each coin's creator, on the curve and after graduation. On Bullpen the creator is Bullpen itself, because it creates every coin blind, and that whole share goes into the flywheel: DexScreener for coins launched here, and buybacks that burn Bullpen's main coin and the coin it came from. What Bullpen charges on top is the 0.03 SOL launch fee, and a 1% site fee on bonding-curve trades of SOL-paired coins made through the trade box here (trade on stonkfun.xyz to skip it; $STONK and stock pairs pay none).

When the curve has raised its target (85 SOL on a SOL pair, a market cap of about 411 SOL; other pairs use the target StonkFun uses for that pair), Raydium migrates the coin to a Raydium CPMM pool, and the LP position goes to StonkFun's lock wallet, as for any StonkFun coin.

Anyone, the launcher included, can still buy and sell on the open market, and price can go to zero. Memecoins are highly risky. Not financial advice.

Lifecycle of a listingIPO → pre-market → uplisting
  1. T+01

You fill in name, ticker and image (a tweet is optional), pick a pair (SOL, $STONK or a stock), connect a wallet and press launch. About 0.050 SOL covers rent, network fees and the 0.03 SOL anti-slop launch fee.

  2. T+02

Your wallet signs one payment. After a random 3–15s, Bullpen's deployer creates the pool under StonkFun's platform: a fresh mint, 1B supply, no authorities, no buy.

  3. T+03

The ticker, name and tweet lock on Bullpen for 3 days. Trading starts immediately, on the coin page here and on stonkfun.xyz.

  4. T+04

About 30 seconds in, the bundle check traces every early buyer and publishes the result; a second pass later catches anything it could not see yet.

  5. T+05

When the curve hits its target, Raydium migrates the coin to a CPMM pool and the LP position goes to StonkFun's lock wallet, as for any StonkFun coin.

  6. T+06

From there it trades on Raydium like any graduated StonkFun coin.
